Peter Isaak

Peter is a Remedial Massage Therapist. He has been involved with both giving and receiving massage for as long as he can remember, and graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy in 2019. Before becoming a massage therapist, he graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Social Science. As a lifelong learner, Peter is constantly pursuing further education. He is currently a student of Manual Osteopathy, and is expecting to become licensed and begin offering treatments later this summer! Peter combines his training and experience with a wide range of modalities to craft a unique blend of intuition and practical skills. Each body is different and always changing, therefore Peter tailors every treatment to the current needs of the individual. This work is collaborative. He works together with every client to discover what approach is best for their body. Rooted in a fascial perspective, Peter uses an ever-growing list of techniques including: cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilizations, fascial release, facilitated positional release, visceral manipulation and cranial massage. Not interested in merely managing symptoms, Peter aims to identify and address root causes, as well as to empower and educate the whole person. Clients can expect a heavy, slow, and grounding experience accompanied by attentive communication. Personal interests include being a committed cat dad, an amateur microgreens farmer, a long time kombucha brewer, a self-proclaimed fascia nerd, and a sauna enthusiast.
